Returns Policy

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our Returns Policy is designed to make returns and exchanges as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as custom products or personal use items, may not be eligible for return. If you have any questions about whether your item is returnable, please contact us.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the item back without this authorization.
- Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives safely.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please indicate this in your return request. You will need to return the original item first and place a new order for the replacement item.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Original Shipping Fee: Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
